Couple of things today before we launch into tonght's game. First, the Golden
Panther Booster Club (our parent organization) has to pay broadcast fees to
the FHSAA to be able to broadcast playoff games. These fees cut into our ability
to serve as many listeners as possible. In fact, these fees prevents us from
bringing our broadcast to as many as 50 people. That's why we're calling on
you, our faithful listeners, to help us stay on the air. Anything you can do
to help will be appreciated, and no donation is too small.
For those of you who wish to donate, you can send your tax-free
donation (click here to
ask for the neccesary forms to be sent) to:

Moving on to tonight's game, ThePantherNetwork will be down in Iverness bringing you tonight's game between your Nease Panthers and the Citrus Hurricanes. Should be a great matchup, and I'm going to suggest that you listen in.

Sorry that the site hasn't been updated in so long. I was out of town in
Baltimore from Turesday until today, and consequentely was unable to get the
site updated. I also was unable to do the rebroadcast Tuesday night. Again,
I apologize. For those of you who haven't already heard, Nease moved on in the
playoffs with a well-fought 39-23 victory over the Clay Blue Devils, advancing
to the second round of the playoffs for only the second time in school history!
This week, the Panther square off against the Citrus High School Hurricanes in Inverness, Florida. It's quite a drive, so rest assured that the team here at ThePantherNetwork.com will drive the miles for you to bring you the game. The broadcast begins at 7:00 PM EST on Friday, 19 November 2004. We'll see you there.

Re-broadcast will begin at 7:30PM EST.

Nease wrapped up the regular season last night, beating Middleburg soundly
70-20 to finish the regular-season 9-1! That, folks, is the best Nease
record in a decade. With Nease heading into the playoffs next week, be sure
to tune in at the regular time to listen to Nease's first-round playoff appearance
against Clay High School. Clay played well on Friday against The Bolles School
(ranked in the Top 5 in state for 3A), losing 22-9. Should be a great game
this Friday, and I for one can't wait for it to get here.
We will have a re-broadcast of last night's victory on Tuesday. We had some problems the last two weeks saving files due to a network change-over, but we smoothed them out before last nigth's game and were able to get the game saved. So be sure to come back tomorrow to listen to Nease win one more time.
I'd like to personally thank the people who took the time to email me and let me know they were listening in, especially to our West Coast listeners who worked out the time zone delay and everything. The people I'd like to thank, in no particular order, are: Sherry McTavish, Carlos and Sabrina Ramos, Jim, Lyn, James Jr., Jan, "Crazy" Mike, Todd, Laurie, Brennan, Jaycee, Anna, Julia, Josh, Milo, Kelly, Jean, and Sandy. I apologize if I missed anyone.

the Middleburg Broncos, Nease looks to wrap up its season with a win and head
into the playoffs. The game is at home, and begins at 7:30PM EST. For those
who are listening in, tune in at 7:00 to listen to our pregame show, or 7:30

I'll be checking my email periodically, and when I get your email, I'll try to get our announcers to mention you on the air! Also, if you haven't already, be sure to sign the guestbook so we can keep track of all our listeners.
Finally, remember that under our new site format, you need to go to our "Listen Live" page to access the links for the broadcast. Right before gametime, I'll add another post with a direct link to the broadcast. Be sure to tune in!
